Pricing
Clear pricing before we begin.
Every business has its own details. We review your situation and records, then confirm the scope and price before starting preparation.
What affects the scope?
The work involved matters more than a single revenue number. Our review considers:
- The condition and completeness of your financial records.
- The state filings your business may need.
- Shareholder or ownership changes.
- Payroll questions or discrepancies.
- Prior-year issues that need attention.
- Unusual transactions or other changes in the business.
- Any additional work outside the agreed return preparation.
You know what you are agreeing to.
The fit check is a starting point. It does not calculate a price or accept an engagement. A professional reviews the actual situation and records before we confirm the work and fee.
If new facts or additional work change the scope, we discuss a revised scope and price with you before proceeding with that work.
The S-corp return is its own engagement.
Just S Corps focuses on Form 1120-S preparation. The engagement specifies the return preparation and any related filings included in your scope.
Your personal tax return, bookkeeping cleanup, payroll administration, and other services are separate. They are not automatically included or available; any availability, fee, and separate engagement must be confirmed.
Let’s start with the basics.
